Access to this site is free and requires no registration. By browsing it you accept these terms and undertake to use the site lawfully and in good faith.
Clara del Río Producciones, S.L. may change the contents of the site at any time, and may suspend access to it for technical or maintenance reasons.
Intellectual property
The texts, photographs, drawings, designs and other contents of this site belong to Clara del Río Producciones, S.L. or to their respective authors, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law.
They may not be reproduced, distributed or communicated publicly without express written permission. The project photographs show the studio's own work and may not be used commercially by third parties.
Links to third parties
This site links to the studio's Instagram profile. Those links open in a new window and imply no relationship with the owners of those services, whose terms and privacy policies are outside this site. No third-party content loads until you click the link.

What we collect, and why
The contact form collects your first name and surname, your email address, your telephone number if you give one, the subject you choose and the message itself. This is used only to answer your enquiry and, where it leads to one, to carry on the conversation that follows.
To prevent automated submissions, the site briefly stores a cryptographic hash of the IP address together with the time of sending. That record cannot identify a person and is deleted after one hour.
We do not build profiles, make automated decisions, or use the data for advertising.
Legal basis
Processing rests on your consent, given by ticking the box before the form is sent (article 6.1.a GDPR). You may withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for one year from the last communication with you, unless they lead to a contract or the law requires us to keep them longer. After that they are deleted.
Who else sees it
Data is not passed to third parties, except where the law requires it. The following service providers do act as processors, under the corresponding processing agreement:
- Dinahosting, S.L. — website hosting. Servers in Spain (European Union).
- Google Ireland Limited — email service (Google Workspace), where messages from the form are received and held.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to object to its processing, to ask that processing be restricted, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, write to espacio@claradelrio.com saying which right you wish to exercise.
If you believe your data is not being handled properly, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es), the supervisory authority in this field.
Security
The whole site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and reasonable technical and organisational measures are in place to protect data against loss, unauthorised access or improper processing.
Cookies
This site uses no analytics, advertising or third-party cookies. The only cookie set is a session cookie, created on the contact page alone, which validates the form submission and guards against fraudulent sends. It is removed when you close the browser.
Because it is strictly necessary to provide a service you asked for, it is exempt from the consent requirement in article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE.
Typefaces and animation libraries are served from this site's own server, so browsing here generates no requests to third-party servers.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from the use of this site, the parties submit to the courts of the owner's domicile, unless consumer law provides otherwise.
