A safe place to play and to dream
Conceived as a world of play and of the senses within the resort, this children's club turns play into an experience of exploration, invention and contact with nature. Set across more than five thousand square metres of supervised grounds, the project combines Mediterranean architecture, natural materials and a contemporary eye to make a setting that is warm, stimulating and deeply bound into the landscape.
The space is organised through areas of activity meant to encourage imagination and learning: a painting room, a room of scents, a making laboratory, cookery workshops, a children's vegetable garden, a dance area and programmes built around the natural world. A large hopscotch outdoors draws the whole together and becomes the playful heart of the project.

Material choice does much of the work in building the atmosphere. Whitewashed walls, iron openings, water fountains and tree trunks set into the paving make for an organic, sensory experience in which every route invites discovery. Natural light, planting and fine materials accompany a design worked out at a child's scale, balancing use, safety and beauty.
The project offers a place where children can make things, experiment and connect with their surroundings through play and imagination, in a setting that is stimulating and safe, while the adults enjoy the leisure and comfort the resort offers them.
